Privacy Policy

• Account information: email address, password (stored encrypted; we cannot see it), invitation code, and unlock records.
• Payment records: when you buy through Paddle, we keep the order number, amount, currency, payment method, payment time, and the customer ID Paddle provides.
• Feedback: text and screenshots you submit, plus necessary context such as the page you were on.
• Usage records: sign-ins, events viewed, IP address, browser information and approximate region.
• Consent records: when you agreed to this policy, and which version.

We never collect phone numbers, home addresses, identity documents, card numbers or payment accounts.

About the fansign numbers themselves. The order counts we publish are read from retailers' public product pages and describe the event, not the people who ordered. They contain no names, contact details or any other personal information about anyone — there is nothing there to identify a buyer.

To sign you in and show you what you have unlocked, to keep accounts safe (for example, spotting unusual sign-ins or a shared password), to answer your feedback, and to make the service better. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Information is stored with cloud services outside mainland China. If you use this site from mainland China, your information will be transferred abroad for storage and processing. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept this transfer. If you do not agree, please do not register.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with the cloud services needed to run the site, with our payment processor Paddle, or where the law requires. Information you give Paddle at checkout is covered by Paddle's privacy policy.

Unlock, payment, feedback and consent records are kept long-term as records. Other information is kept while your account exists.

You can use the feedback box to access or correct your information, or to close your account. After closing, the account stops working and no new records are created; unlock, feedback and consent records are kept as records. Accounts without such records can be deleted completely.

This site isn't meant for children under 14, and anyone under 18 should buy only with a guardian's consent.

When this policy changes, the version number and effective date are updated. If a change affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will ask you to confirm again. Any question at all, email support@fancutcut.com or use the feedback box — a real person answers.
