Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-19 · Effective 2026-09-19

By registering for or using this site, you agree to the following terms.

01What this site is

FanCutCut is a small analytics service for K-pop fans. Retailers publish a running order count on the public product page of each fansign event. We read those public pages, tidy the numbers up, and present them as per-event charts and an order timeline, so fans can follow how an event is going without refreshing a page all day.

Where the numbers come from. Every figure on this site is taken from a product page that anyone can open in a browser without signing in. We do not use accounts, credentials or private areas of any retailer, and we collect nothing about the people who place those orders — only the totals the retailer itself puts on the page. What we sell is the analysis and presentation, not the underlying pages.

We do not sell albums, we do not buy on anyone's behalf, and we do not handle fansign entries. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any record label, retailer or management agency, and all artist, album and retailer names belong to their respective owners.

02Please treat the numbers as a guide

Public pages change, and our readings can be delayed, incomplete or simply wrong. The "final" figure shown after an event closes is the last value we managed to record, and it may be lower than the real one. Please use what you see here as a guide rather than an official record, and check the retailer's own page before making any decision that matters to you.

03Accounts

  • Registration requires an email address and an invitation code. Invitation codes may not be resold or distributed publicly.
  • Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.
  • Keep your password safe. Activity under your account is treated as yours.

04Payments and refunds

  • Paid content is unlocked per event, or per member for products with several members. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Once unlocked, access is long-term; there are no recurring charges.
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on this site. Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt, and handles refund requests and any billing questions. We never see your card number or payment account.
  • Purchases are for people aged 18 or over; if you are younger, please buy with a guardian's consent.
  • You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

05Fair use

A few things we ask of everyone, so the service stays usable for the next person:

  • Use your own account, and keep what you unlock to yourself rather than redistributing it in bulk.
  • Please don't try to work around sign-in, invitation codes or payment to reach paid content.
  • Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that gets in the way of other users.

If an account is used this way we may suspend it, and we will tell you why.

06Service

This is a small service run by one person, so it is provided as is: we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never get something wrong. If we ever have to shut it down, we will say so on the site in advance.

07Changes

When these terms change, the version number and effective date at the top are updated. For significant changes we will notify you on the site and ask you to confirm again.

08Contact

We're happy to hear from you — email support@fancutcut.com and a real person will read it, or use the feedback box once you're signed in.
