Refund Policy

If it isn't what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't ask for one.

Just email support@fancutcut.com and tell us the email address you used at checkout, or your order number — whichever is easier to find. That is the only thing you need to do.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. Paddle issues the refund; how quickly it lands is up to your bank or payment provider.
